LA SED is fortunate to work with a volunteer attorney who assists with immigration matters on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.

LA SED does not offer employment services. However, we refer individuals to SER Metro for job assistance and opportunities. They are located at 9301 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, MI 48210. For questions, please call 313-846-2240.
We have a small food pantry located at 4138 W. Vernor St, Detroit, MI, which requires an appointment. We also collaborate with Forgotten Harvest for food distribution every 3rd Friday of the month.
